Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum of three (2) years as a licensed massage therapist with an active book of clients
* Expertise: Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology with proficiency in pain management and wellness-focused techniques
* Professionalism: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
* Adaptability: Willingness to learn about and incorporate advanced treatments offered by the clinic into client care
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and upsell complementary services
* Illinois LMT license

* Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
* Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional 60-minute and 90-minute massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic, Chinese cupping/guasha and other modalities
* Provide consistent communication with our guests to identify their needs and set expectations throughout the treatment
* Develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients through delivering exceptional service, rescheduling, and referrals
* Be an active and engaged member of the team
* Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
* Promote the spa and services
* Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
* Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols
* Schedule: Full time/Part time
